As a Chinese, I am very disappointed about the GFW. When I was in China, I could not even gain access to the Chinese version of Wikipedia to research on my school projects. The GFW might seem to help China and Chinese companies but really it just stifles competition and robs the Chinese people of the freedom to choose and use the best the world has to offer. Same will happen anywhere else that adopts the Chinternet model.
