Edit, just read the Getflix help pages and they seem to have a sort of hybrid service where the DNS requests are VPN'd so, apologies it seems a little confusing, rest holds true tho, as far as I understand it. A DNS change service provider must incorporate ways in which the majority of content can be accessed by the users on a single DNS, rather than changing the DNS for every region. Getflix allows you to access US Netflix . It uses a DNS settings change and has been working fine for me while I've been in Sydney. You DO have to clear your Netflix cookies after changing regions for it to work though.
